ensuring that this training event is delivered successfully. In order to let us help you better, we
would recommend the following guidelines to be followed:
1. Thank you for choosing Aurelius Corporate Solutions to deliver this training. This is a
highly customized technology training project specially designed to meet your business
requirement(s).
2. Every training event delivered by Aurelius Corporate Solutions is owned by a Delivery
Manager (from Service Delivery Team) and an Account Manager (from Sales Team). They
are mandated to work closely with both the trainer and the customer to ensure smooth
delivery of the training event. They will be your first point of contact for all issues
connected to the event.
3. Trainers sent by Aurelius Corporate Solutions are expected to only deliver the training as
per the TOC which has been priority discussed and agreed upon.
4. In case of any concerns regarding the training, delivery, course content or anything else,
please route your requests only through the Service Delivery or Sales SPOC at Aurelius at
the earliest.
5. Please provide feedback to us about the training events at the end of every day, post
completion of the tasks for that day. We encourage you to let all participants provide
their feedbacks in the attached format. This is important as it will help us to initiate
remedial measures, if required.
