Born on June 21, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio, Lee obtained a B.S. in 1952 and a J.D. in 1955 from The Ohio
State University Moritz College of Law. Previously, he served as the Montgomery County Prosecutor
from 1964-1992, and was a Partner at Young, Pryor, Strickland and Falke from 1960-1972. He was the
President of the National District Attorneys Association in 1978, President of the Ohio Prosecuting
Attorneys Association in 1971 and was the Outstanding Prosecutor of Ohio that same year. He has served
on the Democratic State Central Committee from 1993 through 2017 and was an Advisory Council
Member at Chaminade-Julienne. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and sports.
