There’s three types of people: Target Makers, Bullet Takers, and Bystanders.

Target Makers are those people that target others. They target those who they don’t like, feel
threatened by, or can’t be controlled. They wouldn’t stick up for a person because they don’t
want to become a target themselves. Target Makers are far more political than moral.

Then there’s the bullet takers. They are those who would step in front of a bullet meant for
someone else because they have ideals stronger than their pursuit of self promotion. Bullet
takers are goal oriented. They don’t get caught up in the drama of target making because they
are fully focused on theirs own goals and purpose.

Bystanders are those who are just there. They aren’t apart of anything. They do their jobs and
sometimes they get hit, inadvertently in the process.

Target Makers and Bullet Takers are at odds with each other. Target Makers prefer to be
around other Target Makers who do not supersede them in power. Target makers also prefer to
be around bystanders because it makes them feel important. Some Bystanders prefer Target
Makers because it gives them a feeling of power through association, even though they have
little to none.

Bullet Takers are rare among people and therefore tend to be alone and often lonely. Bullet
Takers distance themselves from Target Makers, not because they fear taking a bullet, but
because they feel a morality gap between the two. Bullet Takers will befriend a bystander, but
preferably one they do not feel they will need to take a bullet for. Bullet Takers are attracted to
other Bullet Takers because of their shared values and Virtues.

Bullet Takers are leaders and therefore 2 Bullet Takers can neutralize 1 Target Maker. If there is
2 Target Makers, then 4 Bullet Takers are required to neutralize them. No amount of
Bystanders can not neutralize a Target Maker because they live in fear of them. Target Makers
lead through fear. Once Bystanders gain a purpose that conquers their fear, they move from
Bystanders to Bullet Takers.

Examples of Bullet Takers: Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Bernie Sanders, Teachers,
