titled "subpoena f)uces Tecum" (the "subpoena"), scrved by Oberlin College of Oberlin, OH,

seeking records in the possession of ithaca-based WAJ Media, LLC, d/bla the 'lt,egal

Insurrection" website; and it is further hereby

ORDERED that sufficient cause appearing therefor, let servico of copies of this Orcler,

the Troy Affirmation (with exhibits) and the accompanying Memorandum of Law by regular
