Cuando la llamada se pierde y quiero objetar decir: Call disconnected. Please check
the call.
Para objetar cuando al caller nunca lo atendi� un agente que lo ayud� totalmente:
Caller never connected to a qualified employee because his issue required a service
agent and service was closed. Call not connected.
Para objetar cuando el caller nunca conecto con quien lo hab�a llamado:
Caller is returning a call and never reached the person who called him. Call not
connected.
Caller asked for the sales department working hours, but he also asked is there was
someone in sales that he could speak right now but sales was closed, and he also
refused to left a live message. Call not connected.
Agent told the caller that he would have to contact pmw to get that information.
Agent couldn't helped him. Call not connected.
Cuando el agente dice �we will let you know� y se incluye, la llamada es connected.
Si la agent le dice al Caller que el sistema est� ca�do igual es Call connected
Si la llamada se corta pero el agente o el cliente dicen al final, ya te vuelvo a
llamar mejor, la llamada si conecto
