Commerce clause :
1: 30% deposit TT in advance. Pay the balance before delivery and after inspection.
2: FOB :Ningbo China .
3: Delivery Time : 35days after receipt of down payment.
4: Buyer should afford required raw material charges when run test the machine .
Machine warranty :
1: We have to run test machine before loading and then make samples for buyer to test.
2: When machine finished, and after testing final sample,If buyer are not satisfied with our
machine's performance, we would return back buyer's all deposit they had paid.
After sales service:
1. One year provides repair since after received goods.
2. If it is necessary to debug the machine in buyer's country. Buyer should afford
Round-trip expenses and worker's wage,and supply accommodation for our staff.
3.The warranty period of the goods,Parts damaged with non-human factors will be
charged free.but human factors will be charged.

1.It is equipped with hardening surface gear reducer box ,the material is 20CrMoTi.

2.Screw type: The screw and the barrels are all made of high quality nitrided steel
38CrMoAIA,and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, nitration
hardness: screw≧740HV; barrels≧940HV.Nitration depth: screw:0.4-0.6mm,barrel:
0.6-0.7mm, fragility is 2 grades.Screw diameter: 55mm. L/D 28:1

3.Heater loops for barrel:Casting aluminum,six zones heating,Heating power:3kw/z

4.Electrical elements :CHINT Brand (THE BEST ELECTRICA LELEMENTS PRODUCER
