To Whom It May Concern,

The skills developed through various roles within leadership and employment opportunities exhibit my potential
as a catalyst for growth and upward movement within your organization. Presented with opportunity, without a
doubt I execute tasks associated with assigned roles attentively, thoroughly, and enthusiastically. Since the age of
16, I have supported myself financially while simultaneously juggling various commitments of a student-leader;
actively involving myself in extracurricular organizations and community service.

Setbacks have catalyzed the determination innate within me to continually be grateful and persistent. Through
those experiences, I have learned how to juggle the responsibility of being a highly motivated, self-starting
individual with a determined passion for success. At 18, college became a reality through an academic scholarship
to USD and given that neither of my parents received a higher education, I saw the opportunity to move away
from home without a clue of what God had in store for me.

Over the course of my education, juggling part-time employment with various jobs and full-time enrollment
became a routine of survival. A spirit of persistence developed within me to arduously strive to do my best in
everything that I have dedicated my time towards - whether it be involving myself in the community or leadership
committees. Reflecting on those experiences has manifested a regimented version of myself, developing my
professionalism, skillset, and resiliency with each passing day.

As previously stated, if given the opportunity to excel in this role I truly believe I could be a benefit to the overall
brand and integrity that your company is accustomed to servicing clientele with. Thank you for taking the time to
review my application and I look forward to hearing back soon.

Best regards,

Calvin Brown
