THIS AGREEMENT made between UNITY NORTH ATLANTA and _______________________

(herein referred as “Speaker”).

Unity North Atlanta offers weekly services, with messages by the staff senior minister as well as
by guest speakers and ministers. The services are recorded and stored in an archive, which is
available to listeners to download as audio or video “podcast” for a period of time, estimated to
be several months. The program consists of the Speaker’s message, and occasionally music
and other spoken word segments such as the meditation and Daily Word. Unity North Atlanta
podcasts it’s weekly messages on it’s website, www.unitynorth.org.

This Agreement is entered into for the purpose of establishing a mutually satisfactory
arrangement whereby the rights to podcast the Speaker’s message on the date Speaker gives
the message is herein transferred to Unity North Atlanta without any further compensation to
Speaker.

Speaker hereby issues to Unity North Atlanta perpetual gratis license to use his/her message for
the purpose of podcasting the service and including it on archives of programming.

Speaker hereby grants to Unity North Atlanta, it's agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, the
right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute
audio and/or video recording of him/her as Speaker at the service.

Speaker has no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without
limitation, claims base upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or
in connection with any use, alteration, or use in any composite form hereunder.

Speaker hereby warrants and represents that he/she has the right to enter into this agreement
and to grant the rights granted to Unity North Atlanta herein. Speaker agrees that during the
course of the service, he/she has not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not
limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in
the event of any breach of these warranties, Speaker will defend and hold Unity North Atlanta
harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon Speaker and Speaker’s heirs, legal representatives, and
assigns.

The instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties, and no statements,
promises, or inducements made by either party or agent of either party that are not contained in
this written contract shall be valid or binding.
