INFORMATION

The City Prosecutor of Iloilo, through the undersigned, accuses

PEARLLE JOYCE CALAMPINAY y CUADRA of the crime of RAPE BY
SEXUAL ASSAULT under Article 266-A (2) of the Revised Penal Code as
amended by R.A. No. 8353, committed as follows:

That on or about December 13, 2017, in the City of Iloilo,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
above-named accused, with the use of ballpen and with lewd design, did
then and there willfully, knowingly, unlawfully and feloniously inserted
into the anal orifice of the victim ANGELO CIUDADANO, who was then
unconscious and defenseless, the said instrument, thus performing all
acts that consummated the said crime to the damage and prejudice of the
latter.
