JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND QUITCLAIM

I, GERONCIA O. ARIG, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Bunga Mar,
Jagna, Bohol, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say that:

1. That I am the daughter of the late PELAGIO OCLARIT who died intestate long
time ago in Jagna Bohol, Philippines;

2. That my late father was the declared owner of a parcel of land that is particularly
described as follows:

“ A parcel of land denominated as Lot. No. 1564 covered by Tax

Declaration No. 2016-25-0007-00280 containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE (1,193) SQUARE METERS,
more or less situated at Bunga Mar, Jagna, Bohol Philippines”

3. That consequently, we the children of the late PELAGIO OCLARIT did not settle and
partition the said estate. However, I, together with my other legal and compulsory
heirs of the said deceased executed a SUMMARY SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
THROUGH EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION AMONG THE HEIRS OF PELAGIO
OCLARIT involving the above-described parcel of land, dated 19 AUGUST 2017
duly notarized by Atty. SOFRONIO MADRONA, Notary Public, and entered in his
notarial registry being designated as Doc. No. 429, Page No. 87, Book No. XIII,
Series of 2017, a copy of which is hereto attached and made an integral part of this
instrument;

4. That based on the said extrajudicial settlement, we, the heirs namely, MA. ELENA
O. BAGONGON, STEPHEN O. JATAYNA, and GERONCIA O. ARIG hereby affirmed
that we are the only surviving and sole heirs of the late PELAGIO OCLARIT and that
we have partitioned the above-described parcel of land;

5. That I together with my co-heir GERONCIA OCLARIT ARIG, WAIVED, QUIT OUR
CLAIMS AND RELINQUISH OUR RIGHTS over the said parcel of land in favor to my
co-heir MA. ELENA OCLARIT BAGONGON;

6. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal
purpose this may lawfully serve.
