WHEREAS, in the Meeting of the Board of Directors dated December 11, 2010 at
8:00 p.m. at the SHHA I Clubhouse, located at Santos Homes 1, Zapote, Las Piñas City,
where majority of the members of the Board were present, the following resolution was duly
approved and adopted:

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2010-01

CHANGE OF THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES WITH
THE BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES ISLANDS, LAS PIÑAS BRANCH
“ RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following officers of SANTOS
HOMES I HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. shall now be the authorized signatories for
its account with the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Pamplona, Las Piñas City Branch and
that anyone (1) signature of SET A plus anyone (1) signature of set B below are authorized
by the Association to be the signatories for its account with the Bank of the Philippine
Islands, Pamplona Las Piñas City Branch and shall be required for the purposes of
withdrawal by check, withdrawal slips and the other instrument of credits signed by the
following officers of SANTOS HOMES I HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., to wit:

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above-named Officers/Directors be authorized and

empowered to do the following acts for and in behalf of the association:

Homes I Homeowners’ Association, Inc. with the Bank of the Philippine
Islands (BPI), Pamplona, Las Piñas City Branch.

2.) To make deposit therein and withdrawals from said account/s upon their
signatures, including withdrawal/s by check of the homeowners’
association, provided that any such withdrawal/s shall be made
exclusively for defraying the Homeowners’ Association expenses and
other incident expenses as maybe approved by the officers and members
of the Board.

“RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that any one (1) signature of SET A plus
any one (1) signature of SET B are authorized by the Association to be the signatories for its account
with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Las Piñas Branch and shall be required for the purpose of
withdrawals by check, withdrawal slips and other instrument of credits signed by the following
