AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I,BAIJANINA, minor, Filipino, and a resident of Purok 8, San

Nicolas, Don Carlos, Bukidnon, after having been duly sworn to an oath
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the private complainant in the above-mentioned

Criminal Case with Case No. 317873-18 against NOREL GAMBOA;

2. That after a thorough examination of the events and

factual circumstances of the case, I have decided to forego the
prosecution and desist from further testifying in the case because I
have realized that the same arose out of misunderstanding and
misapprehension of the facts;

3. That I execute this Affidavit of Desistance with full

knowledge and advice of its consequences, in my own volition and free
will, and without threat to my person or that of my family;

4. That I execute this Affidavit of Desistance to attest to the

truth of the foregoing facts and in order to request the Most Honorable
Court or any tribunal of justice to dismiss any criminal, civil, and/or
administrative case against NOREL GAMBOA.
