CARTA GARANTIA DE MATERIALES PARA EMPAQUE DE

ALIMENTOS

Las películas de polipropileno, polietileno, poliéster adquiridas de nuestros proveedores y que son
utilizadas en los empaques flexibles fabricados por MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. se emplean
resinas y aditivos que están en conformidad con normas de la FDA (Food and Drugs Administration),
según regulación # 21 CFR 177.1520 (polietileno y polipropileno), regulación # 21 CFR 177.1630
(poliéster) y regulación 21 CFR 176.170 y son aptas para envasar alimentos.

Los adhesivos de laminación empleados están aprobados por la FDA (regulación # 21 CFR 175.105) para
utilizarse en empaques flexibles destinados a medicamentos y alimentos.

Las tintas de nuestros productos presentan conformidad para usarse en empaques flexibles para alimentos
en contacto INDIRECTO, de acuerdo con la regulación de la FDA # 21 CFR 175.300 y # 21 CFR 175.320
La única excepción son los colores fluorescentes, que no están aprobados por la FDA y su uso es
responsabilidad del cliente que lo solicita. Asimismo, en los pigmentos de las tintas no se han utilizado
intencionalmente metales pesados (Cadmio, Plomo, Mercurio y Cromo hexavalente) y los niveles
incidentales de estos metales en el material no exceden los máximos permitidos por CONEG – TPCH para
empaque de alimentos que son de 100 ppm.

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. asegura el cumplimiento de estas normas en todos los empaques
fabricados en sus instalaciones a través del cumplimiento de nuestros proveedores

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. es una empresa certificada en las Normas ISO9001:2015 y en
FSSC:22000 por la casa certificadora SGS

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. Asegura que los materiales y productos no entran en contacto en
ninguna etapa del proceso con los principales alérgenos conocidos tales como pescado, crustáceos, leche,
huevo, soya, trigo, cacahuates y nueces.

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. Asegura que los materiales y productos fabricados no contienen
BPA en ninguna de sus materias primas así como tampoco se tienen adicionados GMO´s (Organismos
Genéticamente Modificados) ni han sido adulterados de forma intencional ninguno de los componentes
utilizados en la fabricación del empaque

La vigencia de la presente Garantía Continua de Calidad es de 1 año a partir de la fecha de emisión y la

lista de productos amparados por la presente se expone en la tabla anexa

LETTER OF GUARANTEE (COMPLIANCE) FOR FLEXIBLE

PACKAGING MATERIALS

The polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester and paper films acquired from our suppliers and used in the
flexible packaging materials conversion processes at MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V uses resins and
additives that comply to FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) regulations according to Regulation # 21
CFR 177.1520 (polyethylene & polypropylene), regulation # 21 CFR 177.1630 (polyester) & regulation 21
CFR 176.170 and are able to be used for food packaging.

The adhesives used in lamination Process do comply to FDA (regulation #21CFR 175.105) to be used for
flexible Packaging of foods and medicines

The Inks in our products are able to be used in food flexible packaging conversion for INDIRECT contact
with the product according to FDA # 21 CFR 175.300 y # 21 CFR 175.320 The only exception are
fluorescent colors which are not approved by FDA and its use is responsibility of the customer who
requires them. As well in the color pigments of the inks were not intentionally added heavy metals such as
(Cadmium, Lead, Mercury and Hexavalent Chromium) and the incidental levels of these metals in the
material do not exceed maximum value of 100 ppm allowed by CONEG – TPCH for food packing
materials

manufactured in our facility.

regulations by SGS

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. Ensures that our materials and products do not enter in contact in
any stage of the Process to the main allergens known such as fish, shellfish, milk, egg, soy, wheat, nuts and
peanuts

MINIGRIP DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V. Ensures that our materials and products manufactured in our
facility do not contain BPA (Bisphenol A) in any of the raw materials used. Also our products or materials
do not contain any GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms) nor has been intentionally modified any of
the materials used during the process

This Letter of Guarantee for Continuous Quality is valid for 1 year from present date
