The Infrastructure
At Bhagat Cranes, we have been involved in the design, manufacture, and erection of material
handling system with quality assurance and time constraints. We are still working to increase our
capability and infrastructure to serve our best services. Our professionals continuously explore highest

DESIGN
The cranes shall be designed, manufactured, erected and tested in accordance with the following specifications:
 IS: 3177-1999 (latest) - Indian Standard Code of Practice for electric overhead traveling
cranes.
 IS: 807- 2006 - Indian Standard Code of Practice for design, manufacture, erection and
testing (structural portion) of cranes and hoists.
The crane should be designed for a minimum life of 30 years.
Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Bhagat wire rope hoist range provides for cranes and replacement purposes.
We are capable to provide hoist for light, medium and heavy operation
modes. A wide range of lifting speeds and lifting height is available.

Motors: Motors will be crane duty, squirrel cage induction motor will be provide for heavy duty
cranes as per applications
Gear boxes: Precision flat helical/spur gear units in light alloy housing with case hardening gears,
high grade surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication
Brakes: Electro Hydraulic Thruster for all motions DC/AC Electro Magnetic Brakes or additional
brakes can be providing on request.
Limits Switches: to prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook.
Push Button Station: Extra light, handy, easy to operate, aluminum fabricated from extruded section
Soft Starts: Electric/Electronic soft start modules, electrically coupled to the long travel to achieve
jerk free cushioned & smooth start
Maintenance Platform with Railing: Easy, simple & safe maintenance of the Crane extended
partially or totally along the girder.

Jib Cranes
Design based on standard IS 807 and 3177 and fabricated from Pipe/Rolled steel Section.
Jib cranes with column: The jib crane with column have main pillar fixed on the ground. It is used to serve
workplace and handle material with
medium/ low weight. Normally up to 2
tones.
Jib Cranes at Wall: The cranes are
bounded to an existing structure
(column, pillars, walls, etc.).
