ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Third Quarter Report
July – September, 2010

Introduction

In order to achieve the educational goals set by the Division of City Schools of Manila,
Moises Salvador Elementary School together with a pool of competent teachers and supportive
parents has committed itself to the mission of equipping every learner with competencies and
life – long skills; making each one model of virtues, attitudes and values that each may live
productively in a caring and nurturing environment.

I. GOALS
A. Objectives
1. Improve learning achievements emphasizing higher level thinking skills as
evidenced by increased pupil achievement rate of 5%; improved promotion,
graduation and transition rates.
2. Capitalize on the use of available instructional materials and boost the
quantity of needed tools and equipments.
3. Upgrade further the quality of instructional services by fielding in teachers to
varied trainings and seminars.
4. Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships among all
stakeholders.
5. Allocate funds judiciously by prioritizing school needs.
6. Prepare and submit complete and accurate reports on time and update
school EMIS files.
7. Conduct relevant and functional researches and utilize findings for
improvement.

II. ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS

the Metro Manila Young Writers Conference and Contests in Parang,
Marikina City

d. Radio Broadcasting English
e. Radio Broadcasting Filipino
5.2 Science
a. Second Place in QUIZ BEE, Grade VI, District Level
b. Second Place in QUIZ BEE, Grade V, District Level
5.3 STEP SKILLS Competition
a. First Place, Fruit Shake, District Level
b. Second Place, Painting, District Level
6. Grade VI students attended a lecture on Animal Care and Protection
7. Held school programs to celebrate World Teachers’ Day, Birth Anniversary of
Moises Salvador, Nutrition Month, etc.

B. STAFF / TEACHER DEVELOPMENT

b. Held professional meetings with Master Teachers, teachers with Special
assignments, Grade Chairs, and all teachers regularly, and as the need
arises
