General Conditions
1. The tenders should be quoted in this form itself (tenders submitted in other forms will
not be accepted)
2. Separate and distinct rates are to be quoted for each item given above. Offer must be
in INR per Kg only.
3. A tender form fee of INR 4721- inclusive of tax, should be sent by DD in favor of the
mill or mill receipt for having remitted cash at mill should be submitted along with
the tender, failing which the tender will be rejected.
4. Please note that the wastes are in pressed Bale form
5. i) Tender deposit (EMD) by demand draft for INR 100001- drawn in favour of IWs.
Malappuram Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd. payable at Malappuram should be sent
direct to Malappuram Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Malappuram without which
the application would not be considered, unless your EMD is already lying with
MCSM.
6. Last date of receipt of tender is 9ft August 2018 at 4.30 PM at Mill
7. The tendel opening and negotiation will be held on 10th August 2018 at10 00 AM at
MCSM Malappuram in the presence of those tenders present.
8. Any other taxes and levies applicable at the time of delivery would be collected extra
to the buyer's account at the prevailing rates.
9. Prices quoted shall be for delivery ex mil.ls at Malappuram Co-operative Spinning
Mills, Patterkadavu. Delivery should be taken within 10 days.
10. Packing charges @ INR 50/- per bale willbe charged extra to the buyer's account.
 11.The sales invoice shall be raised in the name of tenderer only. No tr4nsfer of
tendered itgms to third nartv shall be allowed.
l2.In the event of failure to make payment within ten days from the date of letter
confirming the sale, the company reserves the right to dispose of the waste by suitable
means and the loss, if any, arising by such transaction will be recovered from the
defaulter (tender) and tender deposit also would be forfeited and the tender will be
blacklisted.
13. The quantify of waste shown above is only approximate and the waste available /
accumulated up to the date of lifting of waste shall be offered for sale. The mills
reserves the right to appropriate for its own use whatever quantity of waste required.
14.In case of dispute regarding any condition, the decision of the Managing Director of
Malappuram Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd. will be final and binding.
15. If any dispute arises in respect of this tender, the courts having jurisdiction in
Malappuram District can alone be competent to entertain any proceedings pertaining
to such dispute.
16. The Management reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
