04/01/2007 TietoEnator acquires Abaris for undisclosed sum Target Abaris AB DS

strengthened its position in the Nordic capital markets area by the acquisition of the entire Corporation DS
share capital of the Swedish company Abaris, a specialist in securities processing solutions.
Abaris operates in the Swedish as well as the Finnish and Norwegian market with some 86
employees and has operations in Stockholm, Gävle, Helsinki and Oslo. In a statement Sectors Computer
TietoEnator said the acquisition was "a key step for TietoEnator to implement its strategy and services
become the Nordic market leader in the capital markets solutions area". The acquisition is Computer

The main customers of Abaris include Nordea, OKO Bank, Skandia, Nordnet Securities, SubSectors Data
Öhman, Glitnir and First Securities. The company offers software solutions for the capital processing
markets within the areas of securities trading, fund management and private banking. About Operating
