Dear Sir(s)

1. Reference tender documents for the above subject work published on the e-
tendering site vide this HQ letter No. 800419/ 10 /E8 dated 13 July 2017 and
Corrigendum no.-01 uploaded vide 800419/ 18 /E8 dated 02 Aug 2017.

2. Please carryout amendments to the tender documents as per Appendix ‘A’

attached herewith.This letter along with Appendix ‘A’ now uploaded shall form
part of the tender documents.

3. Existing complete BOQ has been Cancelled in to-to & replace It by new revised
complete BOQ containing Sr. Page no 44(RR) to 69(RR), 69RR(A) , 69RR(B)
and 69RR(C) respectively attached herewith.
4. Please note that Bid submission start date, submission end date and Bid
opening date have been changed, therefore:-
(a) Bid submission start Date 11 Aug 2017 at 11.00 AM is postponed and
the fresh date shall be 14 Aug 2017 at 11.00 AM.

(b) Bid submission End Date 18 Aug 2017 at 06.00 PM is postponed and
the fresh date shall be 21 Aug 2017 at 06.00 PM.

(b) Bid Opening Date 19 Aug 2017 at 10.00 AM is postponed and the fresh
date shall be 22 Aug 2017 at 10.00 AM.
5. All other details remain unchanged.
