(Anrendnrent) Act,2014 (PunjabActNq.32of 2014),asinforceintheStateofPunjabonthedateofpublicationof this
notification, subject to the following modilications, namely:-
MODIFICATTONS
l. In sub-section (l) of Section I of tlre Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2t)14 (hereinafter refered
to as the said Act). after the words and figures "the Punjab Labour Welfald Fund (Amendment) Act, 2014", the
words "as extended to the Union ten'itory of Chandigarh" shall be inserted.
2. In section 2 of the said Act, after thr: words and figures "the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965" the words
"as in force in the Union Tcrritory of Chandigarh" shall be inserted.

Be it enacted by the Legislature ol' the State of Punjab in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of india as
fbllows:-
1, (l) This Act may be called the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Short title and
Act,20l4. commencemenL
(2) It shall conre into force at ouct:.

2. In the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, in section 9-A in sub-section (l),for the Amendment in
words "two rupees" attd "fbur rupees" the lvords "five rupees" and "tu,enty rupees" shall, section 9-A of
respectively, be substituted. Puniab Acl 17 of
