COMMISSIONING CHECKS:

After the cables are energized ,check the neon voltage indicators are
glowing and check the phase sequence of both the supply from the socket
available at voltage indicator.

Before closing the loop, check phasing between two supplies from the socket
available at neon voltage indicator.
