Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients and identify new revenue opportunities with major
accounts.
b. Key Responsibilities
• Works closely with ELA Sales Manager to develop individual customer roadmap and action items that focus on key needs
• Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating and maximizing new business opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of key customer including providing quotation, ordering and resolving complex
customer issues.
• Regular visits to targeted customers to build rapport and attend to enquiries.
• Attends to product complaints and suggestions from customers
• Shares and imparts technical knowledge, skills and experience to customers by providing technical consultation
• Other duties assigned by ELA Sales Manager
