-DRAFT CONTRACT FORMDATED: 20-08-2017

This Contract is made between the Employer and the Employee for jobs/employments in Canada, whereas the
Employer agrees to Offer and the Employee agrees to render the Services on the following terms and conditions.

The following signed contract is a document that is legally binding and enforceable under International Laws and ICC
(International Chamber of Commerce) Rules and Regulations included on Circumvention and Non-Disclosure.

The Employer with full corporate authority accepts to offer a minimum Salary of $4790 monthly and a
weekly allowance of $250 per employee. Working duration and schedule will start at 7:30 A.M in the
Morning to 12:00 Noon, and continue from 2:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M in the Evening.

-MONTHLY PAYMENT (SALARY).-Monthly Payment - $4790 Monthly


-WORKING DURATION- The worker is entitled to work at most 8 hours maximum a day and 25 hours
maximum a week and cannot exceed such working period.

The Employee will start work at our hotel in the Canada once the Employer sends to him/her all the
working and traveling documents needed via courier Service. Once the Employee arrives at the Employer’s
Hotel (Employees Quarters), he/she has 7 days to study the job and environment before he/she starts
work.

The Employer is entitled to pay a weekly allowance of $250 to his/her Employee and this allowance is not
considered as salary or as part of salary.

Payments are made via wire transfer into the account of the Employee if he/she wants the employer to
pay him/her via bank to bank (T/T).

-TERMINATION. Either party upon fifteen (15) working days written notice to the other party may
terminate this Agreement for any reason.

The Employer will instruct the Employee to do only the work he/she is been employed for and the
Employee will also perform only the duty he/she is been taken for and nothing else. If the Employee want
to do something more than that, it should be a voluntary work.

The parties shall be relieved from the liability for non-execution or improper execution of the obligations
here under if it is due to the Acts of God, namely: natural calamities, wars or hostilities, strikes, mass
disorders and disturbances, governmental or authority acts making the execution of Contract terms
impossible, or other circumstances out of reasonable control of the parties that prevent the execution of
the Contract terms.

The proper evidence shall be the document confirming those circumstances and issued by the Chamber
of Law or another competent authority of the country on which territory the above mentioned
circumstances are taking place.

The period of execution of the obligations here under shall be extended for the period of action
immediately after the beginning of those circumstances.

If the Forced Major circumstances last for more than a month or when at the beginning of those
circumstances it is known that they will last for more than a month then the parties shall hold negotiations
in order to find reasonable means for the execution of the Terms and Conditions hereof and achievement
of the appropriate understanding.

Any disputes between contraction parties according to the interpretation or performance of the Terms
and Conditions herein Which will not be solved by negotiation between mentioned parties will be solved
at the arbitral court in Canada according to the state laws or the laws of the country of origin of the
employee. This arbitration will be obligatory for both parties.

The contract with all its attachments etc. is fully understood by both parties and it completely substitutes
any treaty or arrangement made before even in written or spoken form.
-Note Better: Any money spent by the employee along the line, no matter the amount shall be calculated
and refunded in full to the employee either by a given structure or once the employee resumes work at
the Hotel in Canada.

Longevities of Contract will last for Five years and any further continuation / Contract have to be renewed
for any further continuation of Work in the Hotel.

The Employer or Employee will be sanction in front of the court of Law if he/she does not perform his/her
duty at the right time and at the right place with the right person.

In witness here of the Employer and the Employee affix their respective signatures and seal accepting all
of the terms and conditions herein, which becomes effective and legally binding herein after.
