1. General
1.1 This automated QAG dashboard serves three purposes :

a) The dashboard will reside in QAG server (ODC-3-178-20775) as C:\Qagnew\QAG
Dashboard\QAGdashboard.xls
2.2.2 Active_projects_list sheet [This sheet would be maintened as a history of project status fo
a) Go to sheet "Active_projects_list" and add/delete projects(in case required), QA Facilitator is responsibl
b) Add one more column at the right for the reporting week and title it with the <mmm-dd>
c) Update status (Red/Yellow/Green/White) of your projects for the current week
d) If new week column / projects are added/deleted, the sheet has to be saved and then opened again
e) Mark project "GREY" colour if prooject is in windup stage.
f) Mark the project as NA if the project is formally closed by QAG
g) Remove the project row if the project is in NA stage for more than 4 weeks
h) Ensure that project name, PL, AM, GL and QAF name matches the weekly status sheet
I) For each row in week status, there should be one row in active_projects_list sheet
j) While doing b) above, DO NOT simply copy and paste all your projects at one go. This
might lead to errors
2.2.3 Status sheet [Contains automatic macros to generate dashboards at various levels and on
a) After all entries in xls sheet are done, close the file and re-open to get the right drop
down list
b) Ensure that all filters in 'active projects list' are removed before using this sheet
c) Go to sheet "Status", select the required combination (of BGL/AM and week)
d) view the % trends by clicking "show status"
