Both the First Party and the Second Party are hereinafter referred to as ( The Parties/ Both Parties) in this Job Offer and
Annex thereof.

Preamble

Whereas the First Party desires to contract with the Second Party to employ the latter to carry out the below-mentioned
job, the First Party has granted the Second Party this Job Offer including the following terms:

‫ ﺑﺪوﻟﺔ اﻻﻣﺎ رات اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة ﻓﻲ إﻣﺎرة اﻟﺸﺎرﻗﺔ )ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ اﻻﻣﺎرة ﺣ ﻘﻞ‬،‫ ﻋﺎم‬/‫ أو وظﯿﻔﺔ ﻣﻤﺮض‬/ ‫ﯾﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄن ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑـ ﻣﮭﻨﺔ‬

First Article

The Second Party shall work for the First Party in the job/profession of NURSE GENERAL within the UAE, (Sharjah).

‫ وﻣﻦ ﺗﺎ رﯾﺦ‬، ‫ وﺗﺒﺪأ اﻟﻤﺪة ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ دﺧﻮل اﻟ ﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﺪوﻟﺔ إذا ﻛﺎن ُﻣﺴﺘﻘﺪﻣﺎً ﻣﻦ ﺧﺎرﺟﮭﺎ‬، ‫ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻌ ﻘﺪ اﻟﺬي ﯾﺒﺮم ﺑﻨﺎًء ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض ﻣﺤﺪد اﻟﻤﺪة ﺑﺴﻨﺘﯿﻦ‬

Second Article

The Contract to be executed under this Job Offer shall be with a limited term of two years commencing from the date of
entering the State by the Second Party in case of being employed from abroad and as of the date of status amendment in
case of being contracted with from inside the State.

Third Article

The Second Party MAY work under a probation period of (6 month/s) to the First Party.
‫) اﻟﺒﻨﺪ ) اﻟﺮاﺑﻊ‬

. ‫ وﯾﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ ھﺬه اﻷﯾﺎم وإﻋﻼم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺑﺪء ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬، 1 ‫ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﺮاﺣﺔ اﻷﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻤﺪة ﯾﻮم‬
Fourth Article

The Second Party’s weekly rest shall be 1 day(s). The First Party shall determine such day(s) and inform the Second Party
thereof at the commencement date of the employment relationship.
( ‫) اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺨﺎﻣﺲ‬

:‫ ) ارﺑﻌﺔ اﻻف درھﻤﺎ( وﯾﺸﻤﻞ ھﺬا اﻷﺟﺮ اﻵﺗﻲ‬AED 4000 ‫ أﺟﺮ ﺷﮭﺮي ﻣﻘﺪاره‬: ‫اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﯾﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‬

‫ طﺒﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻠﻨﻈﻢ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﺮرھﺎ اﻟﻮزارة‬، ‫ وﻗﯿﺎم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻼم ھﺬا اﻷﺟ ﺮ‬، ‫وﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﺘﺰام اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺴﺪاد اﻷﺟﺮ‬
Fifth Article

Both Parties agree that the Second Party shall work for the First Party in return for Monthly Wage of 4000 AED (Four
thousand) . Such wage shall include:
The Basic Salary at an amount of AED 2400(Two thousand four hundred)
Allowances:
These allowances should include without limitation:
Housing Allowance: AED 1000(One thousand)
Transport Allowance: AED 600(Six hundred)
Other Allowances :
The First Party shall pay the wage and the Second Party shall receive the wage according to the regulations determined by
MOL.

‫ وﻻ ﯾُﻠﺰم أي طﺮف ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤ ﺮار ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪه ﻣﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻵﺧﺮ‬، ‫ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪﯾﺔ رﺿﺎﺋﯿﺔ‬، ‫ اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﻨﻈﻤﮭﺎ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﺬي ﯾُﺒﺮم ﺑﻨﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا اﻟﻌ ﺮض‬، ‫ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
ً ‫ ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺬي ﯾُﻨﮭﻰ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﺈرادﺗﮫ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺮدة ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﺒﻌﺎت اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟﻚ وﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻤﺎ ھﻮ ًﻣﺤﺪد ﺑُﻤﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض ووﻓﻘﺎ‬، ‫ﺑﻐﯿﺮ إرادﺗﮫ‬
‫ ( ﻣﻦ ﺑﻨﻮد ُﻣﻠﺤ ﻖ ھﺬا‬2 ) ‫ وﺗﻨﺘﮭﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ إذا ﺗﻮاﻓﺮت ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺎﻻت اﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻨﺪ‬. ‫ﻷﯾﺔ أﻧﻈﻤ ﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ أﺧﺮى ﺳﺎرﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮزارة‬

Sixth Article

The labour relation governed by the Contract executed under this Job Offer, shall be a contractual, consensual
relationship. Neither Party shall be obliged to continue such contractual labour relationship with the other Party without its
consent, provided that the Party terminating the Contract at its sole discretion shall bear all legal consequences resulting
therefrom as stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith and according to any MOL Applicable Laws. The labour
relationship between both Parties shall end if any of the events set forth in Article (2) of the Annex enclosed herewith
occurs.

ْ ‫ﯾﻘﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄﻧﮫ أ‬

‫طﻠَﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻔﺼﯿﻠﯿﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻮد اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض ) ﺳﺒﻌﺔ ﺑﻨﻮد( ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻘﺮ ﺑﺄن اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻗﺎم ﺑﻘﺒﻮل وﺗﻮﻗﯿﻊ ھﺬا‬
‫اﻟﻌﺮض ﻓﻲ دوﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام أو داﺧﻞ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ‬
Seventh Article

The First Party acknowledges that it has informed the Second Party of all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed
herewith (a number of 7 articles) and that the Second Party has accepted and signed this Offer in the State of Recruitment
or within the UAE.
‫) اﻟﺒﻨﺪ ) اﻟﺜﺎﻣﻦ‬

‫طَﻠﻊ ﺗﻔﺼﯿﻠﯿﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻮد اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ُﻣﻠﺤ ﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌ ﺮض ) ﺳﺒﻌ ﺔ ﺑﻨﻮد( وَﻋﻠِﻢ ﺑﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺎ ﺗ ﱠ‬
‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻘﺮ ﺑﺄﻧﮫ ﻗﺎم ﺑﻘﺒﻮل‬،‫ﻀﻤﻨﺘﮫ ﻣﻦ أﺣﻜﺎم‬ َ ‫ُﯾﻘﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄﻧﮫ إ‬
.‫وﺗﻮﻗﯿﻊ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض ﻓﻲ دوﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام أو داﺧﻞ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ‬
Eighth Article

The Second Party acknowledges that it has thoroughly reviewed all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith
(7 articles), and he is well aware of all contained provisions and that he has accepted and signed this Offer in the State of
Recruitment or within the UAE.
‫) اﻟﺒﻨﺪ ) اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻊ‬

‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻘﺮان أﻧﮫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﺠﺪﯾﺪ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﺬي ُﯾﺒﺮم‬، ‫ وﯾﻠﺘﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﻜِﻞ ﻣﺎ ورد ﻓﯿﮭﺎ‬، ً ‫ وُﻣﻜﻤﻠﺔ ﻟﮫ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎ‬، ‫ُﯾﻘﱡﺮ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺑﺄﱠن ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻨﻮد ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض ﺟ ﺰٌء ﻻ ﯾﺘﺠﺰأ ﻣﻨﮫ‬
‫ ( وﺗﺴﺘﻤﺮ‬3 ‫ ﯾﻜﻮن ﻟﻜﻞ طﺮف إﻧﮭﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﺸﺮط إﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﻄﺮف اﻵﺧﺮ ﺑﮭﺬه اﻟﺮﻏﺒﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد ﻟﻺﻧﮭﺎء ) أﺷﮭﺮ‬، ‫ﺑﻨﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﺮض‬
. ( 3 ‫ ﻣﻊ ﺳﺪاد ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﻹﻧﮭﺎء ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷﺧﺮ ﺑﻤﺎ ﯾﺴﺎوي اﻷﺟﺮ اﻹﺟﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﻲ ) أﺷﮭﺮ‬، ‫ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ طﻮال ھﺬه اﻟﻔﺘﺮة‬
Ninth Article

Both Parties acknowledge that the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith shall constitute an integral and
complementary part thereof and shall be binding on both Parties. Both Parties shall further acknowledge that in case of
renewing the Contract executed under this Offer, either Party may terminate the Contract during the renewed period,
provided that such Party notifies the other Party of such desire within (3 Months) prior to the date of termination. The

labour relation shall remain effective throughout such period along with paying the termination wage to the other Party at
the value of the Worker’s total wage in (3 Months).
