JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS

Complainant, ________________, and Respondent, PRUDENTIAL

________________, through their respective counsels, jointly manifest
before this Honorable Commission that:

1. On ________________, the parties manifested before this

Honorable Commission that they have reached an agreement to settle
the instant case. On the same date, this Honorable Commission
directed both parties to submit their Joint Motion to Dismiss after
executing the documents necessary to finalize the settlement.

2. Accordingly, the parties submit the instant Joint Motion

to Dismiss with the attached duly executed Compromise Agreement,
Acknowledgment Receipt and Release and Quitclaim.1

3. Furthermore, the parties jointly move for the dismissal,

with prejudice, of herein Complaint and the counterclaim in the
Answer thereto.

Release and Quitclaim are attached hereto and made integral parts hereof as Annexes
“A”, “B” and “C” respectively.
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of

the Honorable Commission to note and put on record the foregoing
manifestations and to dismiss, with prejudice, the Complaint and the
counterclaim in the Answer thereto.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
