Partnering with Community Groups and Clubs, Civic Organizations, Churches, Schools
and Institutions, Government Agencies and Municipalities that are working charitably to
meet the needs of the disenfranchised and underserved.
A MOVEMENT.
What began as an innovative outreach strategy in a small desert community in rural
America, has emerged as an expanding international movement, with activities and
partnerships established or being developed on virtually every continent on the planet!
Growing organically. Staffed completely, from top to bottom, by volunteers around the
world who receive no wages or salary for their service. Giving back. Giving freely. Not in
this for personal profit.

WH AT
WE
BE LIEV E .
We are the project of New Hope, a faith based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We
believe the substance and values of our faith are best practiced, not just proclaimed;
We believe our lives should be spent expressing the Love that is central to our Faith.
Through demonstration, not just declaration. We believe that demonstration begins
through serving, not saying.
We believe that people who share our faith, and people who do not, may all share
in the desire to serve those in need in the communities we visit. These events
are meant to be inclusive community events. For this reason, opportunities to be
involved with this effort are open for applications from all people, regardless of race,
color, creed, orientation, or gender. We accept, review, and select both religious and
non religious artists for virtually all of our rosters each year.
We believe in using our gifts and skills to help others and make a difference.
We believe all people matter: all colors, all creeds, all genders, all orientations.
ALL people.
OUR MESSAG E.
You are not alone. You are not forgotten. You are loved.

WH AT
WE
DO.
C HARITABLE EVENTS.
We work with a network of charitable community and industry organizations to produce free,
cultural, festival-style events in hundreds of communities across the United States and around
the world.
Our goal with these events is to use music, the arts, and extreme sports activities to help
create a safe and appealing setting where diverse members of the community can come
together. Where people in need can be connected with resources and organizations that help
meet those needs.
We have seen these events lead to ongoing relationships and initiatives that help previously
fractured parts of the community come together, sparking long-term unity, positive
breakthrough, and change.
We work with our industry partners to provide artists with exclusive opportunities to learn
from, and be mentored by, influential industry insiders and well-known established artists that
have been groundbreakers in their genre, or in the industry as a whole.
This effort has sparked a multitude of additional organic collaborative opportunities for
participating artists, helping them advance in their careers and in their efforts to serve others
charitably. We are not alone. TOGETHER, we are stronger. Through community, we make a
greater difference!

WE ’V E B E E N &
WH E R E
WE ’R E G O I NG .
This project began as the unlikely charitable effort of a few visionary young
filmmakers and artists in a small rural farming community in the high deserts of
Idaho. What started as an initiative to use concerts and events to build a bridge and
connect at-risk youth with local support groups and mentoring became a rapidly
growing movement across the West Coast, throughout the United States, and
around the world!
Our teams and volunteers have now produced events and collaborated with
community partners for charitable projects in hundreds of American cities, as well
as in many other countries (including 11 countries in Europe, 4 countries in the
Caribbean, 3 countries in Asia, 2 countries in South America, and coast to coast in
Canada and Mexico)!
Our next planned expansion includes events and efforts being developed in 5
new countries in Europe, 4 countries in Africa, and in Australia. This will bring this
developing movement to virtually every continent on the planet! Together, we will
Rock the World!

LO O K I N G
FO R .
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARTISTS, ATHLETES, OR PERFORMERS OF ANY KIND THAT
WANT TO USE THEIR GIFTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED.
We prefer these artists be ready and able to tour, and they must have the ability to
perform a setlist appropriate for an all ages audience (No profanity, obscenity, or
explicit content).
Artists interested in being involved must file an application through our online
application site and must digitally sign a consent form allowing us to run an in-
house criminal background check for each potential performer or support personnel
traveling with them while they are potentially with us.
7
WH AT
WE
OFFER.
We work very hard to make this a rewarding experience for the artists that take part. We
appreciate the artists who lend their time and talent to these events.
Unlike most touring opportunities available to indie artists, bands, and performers, we do
arrange for varying levels of provision or support for all approved artists to help meet travel
needs such as food, lodging, and some transportation. Please review the information available
at the application site for how we determine the level of support for each accepted applicant.
Also, while the events are all free to attend and the organization charges no guarantee,
percentage, or honorarium to the community partners that bring us to their city—unlike most
other current festival and tour opportunities in the industry—we do not use a “pay-to-play”
model. There are no “buy ons” or performance fees charged to artists selected for any of
the tour rosters.
Artists participating on the roster for one of our events also can make additional money by
selling their merchandise at the events. Again, unlike other industry opportunities, we do not
take a percentage of artist merch sales as most other tours and festivals do.
Finally, during The Extreme Tour, we have planned a schedule of meetings, studies, and
experiences that will help the artists we select develop as artists, as communicators, and as
career musicians with a Calling.
For example, we have arranged for special artist mentors from the music industry, a few of
them even very well known and accomplished as musicians themselves, to serve as staff or
occasionally spend time on the tour, and in cities we visit, personally meeting with the artists we
select, advising them on steps they can take to develop their music and pursue their Calling.
We have also optimized our tour schedule to provide as many practical learning opportunities
as possible. During their time with The Extreme Tour, artists will have opportunity to develop
their promotional and marketing skills, their stage performance, and their songwriting and
arrangement ability. And they will have opportunities to learn better ways to improve their ability
to relate with, connect with, and communicate to the audiences they perform for.
This is a rare opportunity, as most record labels and management companies long ago stopped
making an effort to truly develop the artists they sign or contract with. They prefer to find artists
that have already developed themselves. The Extreme Tour is one of the last few places in the
Industry where artists can find these practical developmental opportunities.

to be designated as a “Preferred Applicant,” which entitles you to the following benefits:
As a “Preferred Applicant,” the standard $50 application fee for General Applications has

“Preferred Applicants” are reviewed and selected first, before unsolicited general applicants
are considered, for any remaining slots. As preferred applicants are not generally competing
with general applicants for slots, the likelihood of being selected is usually much higher, and
notice of selection is given much sooner.
As a “Preferred Applicant,” should you be selected by the Artist Selection Panel, you will
automatically be approved for a minimum of “Tier Two” level support or higher. For more
information on the tier system we use for making selections and determining support, please
review the information posted on the Application Site.
Upon filing an application as a “Preferred Applicant,” you will automatically be approved for
invitation to the Callbacks and the Industry Networking Meetings we will hold in Nashville
called The Objective Sessions. A separate PDF with further details about this unique event
has been included with this packet. The Callbacks are by invitation only, and we will make
arrangements for any fees that may be charged for admission to be covered for you and

WH AT ARE THE
O BJECTIVE SESSION S &
CALLBACK MEETINGS?
THE OBJECTIVE SESSIONS are a series of practical workshops and mentoring/networking meetings
with world-renowned recording artists and many top influential leaders in the music industry. The
sessions are by invitation only and are intertwined with Callback Meetings for final-round applicants
for The Extreme Tour and other charitable projects of The Reach Alliance. The goal of The Objective
Sessions is to connect The Extreme Tour applicants with established artists and industry leaders who
want to support the charitable work of The Extreme Tour by offering valuable support and assistance
to artists that have participated in their efforts.
THE CALLBACK MEETINGS are intended to help The Extreme Tour and its industry partners gain
interaction and information about top-ranked applicants that will aid them in making the final
selections for their rosters or opportunities. The Callback Meetings are designed to also help the
applicants gain valuable information about The Extreme Tour and the other charitable efforts and
opportunities available through their industry and community partners. The goal is to prepare artists
likely to be selected and also to provide information that will help them better evaluate any roster slot
or opportunity they may be offered as a result of their application.
INFLUENTIAL INDUSTRY LEADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS: Tom Jackson (Live Music Producer for
Taylor Swift, The Band Perry, and Jars of Clay), Brett Manning (Vocal Coach for Taylor Swift, Keith
Urban, Miley Cyrus, and Hayley Williams), Jesse Boyce (Iconic Recording Artist/Producer for Stevie
Wonder, Little Richard, and The Temptations), as well as representatives of Capitol Records, Curb
Records, Warner Entertainment, Sovereign Music Group, Dark Horse Recording, Warped Tour,
World Vision, Compassion International, and GMA, are just a few of the industry leaders who have
participated, offered opportunities, or been represented in the past few years.
