Phase 1 Mainline widening

Entergy - They have submi[ed their agreement and permit. The agreement has been submi[ed by the
District to Jackson for approval at the next Commission mee^ng. Entergy has informed the District that
they will not begin reloca^ng their facili^es un^l a_er the first year as they are awai^ng internal
funding to do so.

Comcast - They have submi[ed their agreement and permit. The agreement has been submi[ed to
Jackson for approval by the Commission at its next mee^ng. Upon approval of the agreement, Comcast
intends to begin reloca^ng their underground facili^es this quarter but will be wai^ng on Entergy to
relocate its facili^es so that they (Comcast) can relocate their aerial on Entergy's poles.

CenterPoint - Their permit has been approved. No agreement is needed. The District expects them to
begin reloca^ons at any ^me.

AT&T - District is wai^ng on them to submit their permit. No agreement is needed.

City of Flowood - District is wai^ng on the City to submit agreements and permits for both water and
sewer.

Phase 2 Frontage Road

In the event the frontage road will be constructed, permits will be needed from Telepak, CenterPoint,
and the City of Flowood.

The District is focusing solely on geIng the needed permits and agreements for Phase 1 only at this
^me as they are the most cri^cal.

Michael:
Since AT&T's conflicts involve their underground faciliOes, they are sOll trying to determine the depths of their
faciliOes and pinpoint exactly where they need to relocate to. They've now said that the District will have their
permit by December 31st if not before then. They have also stated that they will have their relocaOons completed by
June 2015.
My uOlity folks are conversing quite regularly with AT&T, discussing proposed construcOon in areas of conflict, in an
effort to help them as much as possible.
