Transporting Select Screen Variant

This WIKI is on transporting a selection screen variant from one system to another.
The process to be follow ed for transporting a variant :

1. Go to transaction SE38 and Enter the name of the Program for w hich the Variant has to be transported.

2. Click on "GOTO -> VARIANT" .

3. Click on "Utilities -> Transport Request". This w ill internally call a program RSTRANSP.

4. Click on "Execute button" OR Press F8.

5. Choose the Variant w hich you w ant to transport, Click on "Continue" You can also choose multiple variants at a time.

6. Select an existing Change Request, or Click on Create a new Change Request.

7. Go to transaction SE01 and release the Change Request as you do for any other change Request.
