MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

1. Sh.VARINDER PAL SINGH KOHLI S/o S.LATE S.TEJA SINGH KOHLI R/o House No.B-78,
Upper Ground Floor, Fateh Nagar, New Delh110018 as Party No.1
AND
2. Sh.VARINDER SINGH BIJI S/o LATE S.KULDEEP SINGH BIJI R/o House No.B-47, Ist
Floor, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 as Party No.2.
AND
3. Sh.JASWINDER SINGH S/o S. SHIV CHARAN SINGH R/o WZ-34/T-2/3rd floor Mukerjee
park Extenssion, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 as Party No.3.
AND
AND WHEREAS Sh.VARINDER PAL SINGH KOHLI as Party No.1 which is sole owner of Plot
No.B-78, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 (Left Side) approx.. 995 Sq.ft entered into
agreement with Sh. VARINDER SINGH S/o LATE S.KULDEEP SINGH BIJI R/o B-47, F/F, Fateh
Nagar, New Delhi-110018 as Party No.2 to develop and construct four storeyed building
along with car parking on ground floor in lieu of First Floor along with one car parking.
AND Sh JASWINDER SINGH S/o S.SHIV CHARAN SINGH as Party No.3 agrees to purchase the
First Floor from the Party No.1 against the total Sale Proceed of amount Rs.45, 00,000/-(Rs.
Forty Five lakhs only), Rs.38,16,000/-(Rs.Thirty Eight lakhs and sixteen thousand) in the
form of Cheque No.992440 drawn on HDFC Bank, K.G.Marg dt.30.06.2014 &
Rs.6,84,000(Rs.Six lakhs eighty four thousand only) in cash.
AND Sh. VARINDER PAL SINGH as Party No.1 agrees to repay the sale proceed of First Floor
along with one car parking amounting to Rs. 45,00,000/-(Rs.Forty Five lakhs only) to Sh.
VARINDAR SINGH as party No.2 in the mode of
1. Cheque No._____________._____dt.______________amounting Rs.
13,00,000(Thirteen lakhs) of United Bank of India, Fateh Nagar Branch.
2. Chesque No.__________________dt.______________amounting to
Rs.13,00,000(Thirteen lakhs) of United Bank of India, Fateh Nagar Branch.
3. Cheque No.___________________dt.______________amounting to
Rs.12,16,00,000/-(Twelve lakhs sixteen thousand only)
4. Rs.6,84,000(Six lakhs eighty four thousand only) in cash.
NOW THEREFORE Sh. VARINDER PAL SINGH aforesaid Party No.1 has intended agreed and
consented to transfer the property No. B-78, F/F, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 along with
one car parking in the name Sh.JASWINDER SINGH S/o S. SHIV CHARAN SINGH aforesaid
Party No.3 in lieu of Rs.45,00,000 (Rs.Forty Five lakhs only) as stated above.
Date of Effect

This Memorandum of Understanding will come into effect on the date of signature and will
remain in force until either or survivor.
