SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JINGLE G. RONDON, of legal age DHUN MICHAEL L. RONDON, and a resident

of Block 7, Lot 7, Purok 17, Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon do hereby name,
constitute and appoint my husband DHUN MICHAEL L. RONDON, of legal age, married,
Filipino Citizen, and a resident of Block 7, Lot 7, Purok 17, Casisang, Malaybalay City,
Bukidnon, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact with full and special power and
authority to do and perform the following:
1. To transact, process and deal with the First Community Cooperative (FICCO) and any
other government agency or private institution for the claiming of the loan proceeds
already applied for by me before the First Community Cooperative;

2. To sign in my behalf as well as process in my behalf all other papers or documents for
the realization and completion of the said transaction involving the aforementioned
transaction;

3. To do such other acts necessary and/or relative to the above.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact, full powers and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
