Subject: Broadband plans ‘BBG Combo ULD 150GB plan’, ‘BBG Combo ULD 300GB plan’ & ‘BBG Combo ULD 600GB
plan’ for new customers in all the Circles (except A&N Circle) -reg.

1. Following has been decided by the Competent Authority:

a) Broadband plans ‘BBG Combo ULD 150GB plan’, ‘BBG Combo ULD 300GB plan’ & ‘BBG Combo ULD 600GB
plan’ to the new customers on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all the Circles (except A&N Circle).

#Note: Security Charges shall be levied as per existing instruction issued vide letter no. 1-1/2017-R&C (CFA)
[Circular R&C-CFA No. 82/17-18] dated 25-07-2017 for DSL BB connection.
b) Terms & conditions for providing above Broadband plans:
(i) The plans shall be available for the new Broadband customers.
(ii) However, any existing BSNL landline (i.e. not having Broadband) customers can migrate under ‘BBG
Combo ULD 300 GB’ & ‘BBG Combo ULD 600GB’ Plan only.
(iii) The plans shall not be available on FTTH.
(iv) After six months, existing customers under above plans shall be migrated to regular Broadband plans.
Customer’s consent in this regard shall be taken at the time of CAF filling.
(v) To curb the tendency of existing Broadband customers to disconnect existing BB connection & take new
BB connection through this low value BB plans route, same landline indicator shall not be allotted to
such customers. The same shall be ensured by the ITPC/Circles.

c) At the time of CAF filling, the choice of the existing regular Circle specific/PAN India DSL/FTTH BB plan from
the customer who opted above plan/s shall be taken by the Circle. Accordingly, the Circle shall co-ordinate
with ITPC for the migration (after Six months from the date of activation of BB connection) of these customers
to the selected regular BB plan/s.
d) Circles are given option to decide the launch of above plans in their jurisdiction after proper due diligence and
taking in to account of available competition from other operators as well as impact on revenue.
2. All other terms and condition shall remain same as per earlier circulars.
3. The Circle shall ensure to comply with all regulatory requirements including online reporting to TRAI and also
update the Circle website.
4. The above instructions shall be effective with immediate effect on promotional basis for a period of 90 days
in all the Circles (except A&N Circle).
5. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in Broadband Cell File No. 64-
447/2018/BB/Tariff. Clarification/correspondence, if any, in respect of above tariff may be sent to Broadband
Section, BSNL, Corporate Office, Janpath, New Delhi-110001 (Fax No. 011-23734052).
