 Negotiating with IRICO’s technical staff about production problematic aspects and using technical/production documents such as
M/BOM.
My main achievements in this job and position include:
 Establishing a system for auto-controlling the technical documents received from Korea in order to decrease the time of response to
IRICO technical staff.
 Convincing IRICO’s technical staff about more than 2931 problematic items via negotiation and meeting.

 Analyzing results of dimensional measurements in sheet metal parts and assemblies recorded in DATA SHEETs and calculation of

 Establishing Product Tree of complicated assemblies e.g. Change Lever ASSY, Head Lamp ASSY, Parking Brake ASSY, etc.
 Analysis of CAD DATAs, Operation Sheets and Test Reports of Overseas Labs, then reporting to SAZEH GOSTAR Engineering
(R&D) Dept.
