Hello dear happy musician!

We are very happy to have received your wish to Start learning to play an
music instrument. Either is guitar, saxophone, didgeridoo, native American
flute, your own voice or blues harp.
What a great feeling of expression it give to learn to play the instrument you
are passionate about. Let’s Enjoy your Learning and Start Your Journey
Together!

In this document you will find an overview on the time tables, location and
prices. Underneath the document you find a chapter to fill in your personal
information, period of choice and course duration of choice. When you are
under 18 years we do need the approval of your guardian. So he or she
needs to fill in their personal information too.

So lets get right to it and fill in you enrollment to Start your course as soon as
possible.

We are implementing a new management system to help ourself to manage
and save your data more easily and securely. Please fill out this form

year (from august 2018 - june 2019)

Lesson type & Pricing

Time & Your learning curve are important to understand. In order to provide
you with the proper amount of Learning concert in a class duration that fits
you, please choose the Lesson type you like to start with. You can always
change the the lesson type after every course period.

Course days and time will be agreed on availability of trainer and course
member. Once agreed that time will be locked until end of the course period.

PRICING
Autumn 2018 term consists of 15 sessions.
Lesson fees per semester include: weekly lesson, end of the year concert
(last lesson being the audio recording ) and smaller recitals upon request. 

Individual lessons

Trial Lessons
It is possible for students to have a trial lesson on the instrument of their
choice with no obligation to continue lessons should they not enjoy the trial
lesson. All trial lessons must be paid for in full prior to the arranged lesson
time. The fees for individual trial lessons are listed as above:

• 30 mins             27€
• 45 mins             40€
• 60 mins             50€

• Registration fee 20€.

• Cancellation fee 50€.

Publishing student pictures

I give consent to the DMDP Music school and The Breath Control Academy to use
photo or video images of myself or my child in official DMDP and BCA publications
as they see fit. By ticking this box I will agree to hold DMDP and BCA free from any
liability which may result from the use of said images. This agreement will apply
throughout the academic year at DMDP & BCA and will need to be updated at the
start of the next academic year

Termination
Please inform us by email at least a week before the new term starts if you wish to
cancel music lessons. If we are informed less than a week before teaching
commences, we will charge half a term’s fee. If we are informed after the lessons
have started, we will charge the whole term’s fee. Please contact use for any
concerns regarding the above or any other matters.
