INSTRUCTIONS.
1. To make the candy: Put a saucepan over medium-high heat. When it is
hot, sprinkle a little sugar on it
(about a quarter of a cup).
Without moving, let it begin to
melt, when it begins to take a
golden color, add another quarter
cup, little by little it begins to stir
until all the sugar is incorporated
and melting. Repeat until all the
sugar has melted and turn amber.
Be very careful because hot sugar
can cause serious burns.
