“Magnificent View is a lucrative hotel in Puerto Princesa Palawan. To further boost the hotel’s guest
occupancy rate, the hotel manager thought of offering a holiday promo. He plans to offer their selected
guests free transformation ride to the famous Underground River. The hotel manager learned that the
underground river has a maximum carrying capacity of 900 visitors to control the influx of the tourists.
He is having a hard time figuring out if it would be better to have a fixed plan by setting a definite
number of hotel guest entitled to the promotion, or to have a flexible plan by configuring an adjustable
member of guests for the promo offering.”
