End of Fall semester is 12/31/17 1/1/18 AY Employees eligible to be paid for the full month of

 Separation, including official  Grads who have completed all duties for the fall

End of Spring semester is 5/13/18 TBD Due to the HCM project, the date for end additional and
 End Additional separation actions cannot be determined at this time. The
 Separation, including official Key Dates will be updated as soon as this information is

Note: When any of the above conditions do not apply, the effective date on the PA form for separations and end additional
appointments should always be the date following the last day in pay status (i.e. if last day worked is Friday, then Saturday is the
effective date on the PA form).

EXCEPTIONS TO THESE DATES MAY BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
