COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into this 25th of April 2018, in the City of Digos,
Davao del Sur, Philippines, by and between:

___________________________, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Sitio

Goma, Brgy. Zone 4, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY;

-AND-

___________________________, of legal age, Filipino, live-in partner of

Laurencio Francisco Gentugao, and a resident of Sitio Goma, Brgy. Zone 4, Sta.
Cruz, Davao del Sur, Philippines hereafter referred to as the SECOND PARY.

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY are the accused and the private
complainant in an incident during the November 2016 to April 25, 2018 of where
the First Party allegedly forced the Second Party in the act of sexual intercourse
located at the house of the First party, _______________________________________;

WHEREAS, there were several opportunities for discussions and negotiations

of a possible compromise on matters that are allowed to be compromised by
existing law were given to the parties by the court;

WHEREAS, after such negotiations and discussions, the parties mutually

realized and deem it best and convenient to resolve the civil aspect of the case
in an amicable manner in order to avoid a protracted litigation;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and

agreements herein established, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. That the First Party shall pay the Second Party the amount of Ten Thousand
Pesos (Php10,000.00) as settlement;

2. That both parties shall cease from communicating with each other in any
manner possible and shall stay away as far as possible from each other;

3. That the First Party shall not disturb the peace of the complainant and her
immediate family members;

4. That Failure of the accused to comply with said agreement shall cause the
 filing of this case in accordance with existing laws and rules;

5. Both parties shall waive all claims and counterclaims, if any, against each
other arising out of this instant case;

6. Both parties move they will never file any case against each other.

Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Affidavit of Desistance

executed by the SECOND PARTY shall also be executed and the SECOND PARTY
shall abide by the matters declared therein as well as the terms of the Release
and Waiver executed by the SECOND PARTY on ___________ and this Agreement;

Both parties have executed this Agreement by their own voluntary act and
deed and in their mutually agreed terms. Both parties warrant further, that they
did so with the full understanding of its nature and its consequence to the pending
Case.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 25th day of April,
2018 at Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.
