MANIFESTATION
COMES NOW, LAGAMON AND ASSOCIATES LAW
OFFICE, by and through the undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully manifest that:

1. On October 5, 2018, the Law Office received an Order from this

Honorable Court directing the former to file a comment to the
Motion to Withdraw as Appearing Counsel filed by Atty. Jerie
Ragsac;

2. On September 3, 2018, the Law Office received a resignation

letter from Atty. Jerie Ragsac signifying his disassociation from
the law office for personal reasons;

3. Lagamon and Associates Law Office accepted the said

resignation of Atty. Ragsac. Nevertheless, the Law Office would
continue to represent the defendants in this case.

PRAYER
 WHEREFORE, in the light of all the foregoing, it is most
respectfully prayed to this Honorable Court that this Manifestation be
treated as a sufficient compliance for its Order dated September 27, 2018.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
