MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: Implementation of the Newly Approved BFP-NCR Running Card

System

DATE: 21 June 2018

1. References:
a. Memorandum dated 21 June 2018 re: Approved BFP-NCR Running
Card System;
b. Memoranda from DFMs, CFMs, and MFM re: Comments/Suggestions
on the proposed BFP-NCR Running Card System;
c. Command Meeting dated 15 May 2018; and

2. This pertains to the approved BFP-NCR Running Card System to address the
voluminous fire incidents and to avoid further damages of lives and properties
as one of our mandated tasks.

3. ITCON, you are hereby directed to immediately implement the said approved
running card system and make necessary adjustments thereto. Soft copy of
which shall be sent thru email in your respective submitted email address.

SUBJECT: Reiteration Re: Submission of Daily Report

5. Reference: Memorandum from the Undersigned dated 10 January 2018 re:

Submission of Daily Report.

6. This is to reiterate the aforesaid memorandum relative to the submission of

daily reports (see attached sample format/template) in order for this office to have a real
time and updated daily operations report, for ready reference in instances that the higher
office and other government or non-government agencies/entities requested/need a copy
of the same.

7. Said reports must be submitted to this office (Attn: ITCU) every day NLT
0800H, thru electronic mail at bfpncr.rcitm@gmail.com.

8. It should be made clear that all issued memoranda from this office are lawful
directives and non-compliance thereto shall be dealt with accordingly.

11. This pertains to the proposed BFP-NCR Running Card System to address the
voluminous fire incidents and to avoid further damages of lives and properties
as one of our mandated tasks.

12. ITCON, you are directed to submit to this office your comments and/or
suggestions to the said proposed running card system (soft copy shall be sent
thru email) before its finality and implementation.

13. Be reminded also that in cases the supposed responder of a certain fire alarm
is unavailable/unserviceable, the nearest available fire truck shall automatically
take over and respond to the said fire incident.

14. Said comments/suggestions must reach this office (Attn: Information

Technology and Communications Unit NLT 28 May 2018) for review,
approval, and subsequent inclusion thereto.
