STUDENT RECITAL CHECKLIST

 Check talkback microphone

 Make sure all mics are plugged into sound board.

 Turn on both cameras and make sure they’re both showing up on screen

 Prepare recording software (via Jordy’s instructions on the desktop)

 Check that lights are working properly

 Clear stage of any clutter and prepare stage for first piece of the program

 Ask each performer what is required for their piece (short stick, page-

turners, etc.)

 Place card scanner in sound booth

 Place recital programs on stand outside of recital hall door at 3:45

 Open recital hall doors at 3:45

 Turn on Facebook Live at 3:50 to make sure it’s working properly

 Put “Recital in Progress/No Food or Drink” signs in front of recital hall door
