Introduction

TMA Objective:

the objective of B863 TMA-1 is to understand and analyze: the changing role of
Human Resource and the drivers of change.

This TMA is based on Reading 3 : Business Partners and the Three-legged stool
by Marchington,M. and Wilkinson,A. (2012).
The objective of this TMA is to analyze, understand and prepare for the changing role
of Human Resource in 2018 (today’s context) and to explore the drivers of Change.
Search for and Collect a minimum of 10 research articles published from the year

2012 to 2018 in leading HR related Journals related to the changing role of HR


managers and the drivers of change. Review the articles and critically address the
following questions:
