INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:

Your good response to these questions below will enhance your chance of
being selected as one of our candidates in accordance with your
qualification and experience.

My answer to Questions:

1. Have you ever work for a foreign company before outside your
country if yes what are the challenges?

Ans. - Yes ! I worked in gulf countries with world’s reputed companies like
Archirodon, Aktor, Group3, CPECC, Penspen, Aurecon, NAA-PDO, KBR etc.

I faced wide range of challenges for example;

 Organizations that are striving for perfection often go overboard. In

an attempt to implement the “perfect” Quality Management System,
they often focus more on theory than on putting theory into practice.
 Organizations often want their documentation to include as many
details as possible. Evidently, this takes time and resources, and
result in a more difficult application of the documentation.
 Organizations create way too many documents; sometimes even to
such an extent that the documentation starts hindering the
functioning of the Quality Management System. In such cases,
employees get lost in the documentation and they lose interest in the
QMS. As a result, the QMS not yield the expected results.
 Quality Management System is too rigid and inflexible it is difficult to
improve when necessary. As a result, it not guarantee the best
results for the future
 From time to time, a Quality Management System is only supported
by the Quality Manager(s). In such cases, colleagues often think that
the QMS ‘belongs’ to the people who created it and -as a
consequence – they don’t actively contribute to the quality system.
Instead, they just ‘follow’ the QMS whenever necessary.
 Organizations implement a QMS because of external factors only
(e.g. a client demands a certified QMS, competitors have an
advantage because they are certified and you are not), it will be hard
to get the best results from the QMS.
 Suitability of QMS with companies strategy and operations
 Companies are focused on quality but not so much on customer
satisfaction.

2. As a foreign applicant, will you be able to adapt to a new environment

and work with the existing team for the growth of the company?

Ans.- I believe I’m very good at adapting to changes in any circumstances.

While every organisation is different and no two jobs I’ve had have ever
been the same, the core requirements of my role don’t change. I
appreciate that there will inevitably be new procedures that I need to
absorb and adhere to – and it also takes time to forge positive working
relationships with new colleagues. However, I don’t anticipate it taking very
long at all before I’m fully up to speed and making a major contribution.
When I took up my current role. It was clearly a major change for me. I
nevertheless settled in very quickly, got to know my colleagues and to
understand the way the organisation worked – and I already felt quite at
home before the end of my first month.

A client was not approving corrective and preventive actions for his vicious

handled the situation on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business
in line of Company strategy and operation. From this situation, I learned
the importance of being mindful of client relations, and operations, not just
after issues arise, but for the duration of the relationship. As a result, other
managers have adopted my check-in and management processes and have
also seen improved results with their area of performance.

When the quality development of our new project, I coordinated the team
which managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to
successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems, within a very
short period of time, and without completely burning out our team. I was
able to do this by motivating the senior engineering team to brainstorm a
technologically innovative solution that would solve the customer’s issues
with fewer development hours on our end.

miss small details, but I always make sure I have someone who is detail-
oriented on my team.
