EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

My career in Banking began as a clerk in Purappuzha Service Co-operative Bank Ltd in the
year 1984. On 06-08-1988, I was appointed as Clerk in Idukki District co-operative bank.
After 10 years of service as a clerk, I got promoted to the officer post as an Accountant and
later on as a Senior Accountant. I was offered the charge of a branch on 24-06-2006. On 07-
06-2010 I was appointed as a Branch Manager in Adimaly Branch, which is one of the
special grade branches of Idukki District co-operative bank. My service period as Senior
Manager at Thodupuzha Branch started from the month of June 2012. It was the biggest and
challenging career experience for me. I served there for a long term of 5 years, which had
never happened in the history of Idukki District co-operative bank before. Later, I was
promoted as Regional Manager and was assigned with the charge of 10 Branches across
Idukki revenue District.

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Conducted training sessions for the Employees of IDCB and other Co-operative
Societies.
 Served as an Internal Auditor
 Served as an Inspector of Branches
 Coordinated and guided various employees’ association activities.
 Successfully led a team of 20 staff members, achieving maximum business in deposits
and fund recovery.
 Successfully co-ordinated and supervised the banking activities of 10 branches.
