TERM & CONDITIONS:-

1) Customer need to transfer RM 300.00 as deposits after confirm the order.

2) We will work as a team during the makeup time. There will a chargers of waiting if any delays on
events. We also will provied dual makeup for diffrent Brides at the same time in the same location.

3) Like most other wedding vendors, the deposit is not refundable if by chance your event gets called
off, since we decline all other brides that request for your date and time slot. For event
postponement/change of the date, the deposit can be transferred to the new date provided we are
available for the new slot.

4) 3 days after events are required to return all the goods in a statisfactory conditions. If any damage
of goods company will charge 20% from goods price. NO ADDITIONAL cost, however these items
needs to be taken care of by the bride and retuned carefully as human hair extensions and Bridal Set
are extremely pricey.

5) We no longer do trial Makeup sessions. To be honest, it's a waste of your time and money. Actual
day is always completely different to what's done during the trial session.

6) Henna can be provided if you may request and we shall provide you with contact our mehendhi
artist and she will let you know the price depending on the design and complexity that you desire.
