CHAPTER I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A. Name of Proponents
Our business proponents are the ones who sell recycled materials that is the same as our
business product.
B. Business Address
Our business is located at Pagatban High School, School Ground @ 3 o’clock in the
afternoon every Friday and also outside of the campus.
C. Type of Product
The product that we are going to sell to the market segments are recycled materials. Every
member must participate in the business and must help each other for the success of the
business.

D. Total Project Cost

Since our group will not build an actual building the cost of our project is only P500 max. Our total
project cost is based on our expenses that summation in capital working amounting to one-
hundred thirty and five-hundred pesos (Php 630.00).

E. Financing
Our financing is none because we just contribute our own money to buy our raw materials
needed and requirement.

F. Marketing Aspect
The product that we are going to sell is recycled materials. Our product will be sold at Pagatban
High School. The price of our product will be based on the quality of the product. Our product will
be sold at the maximum amount of P200 and a minimum fare of P15.
G. Technical Aspect
Our business will use recyclable material such as Plastic bottles, cans, spoon and many more
that we going to use it for our product. Our business will not use any of the following: machines,
equipment and factory building. We only use raw materials. We have a total of 5 workers in our
group.
H. Organizational Aspect
This type of business is partnership compose by 5 mainly Edzel, Warren, Roxie Jane,
Mary Rose and Cristine.

CHAPTER II. MARKETING ASPECT

A. Product Description
Our product Recycled materials are designed to make use of trash and redesign it. The use of
our product is to make use of the trashes and create a creative design out of the
Garbage’s. it can help to our community clean and free for illnesses. Recycled materials can
make our surroundings beautiful, designing for our house, schools and etc.
 B. Target Market
The target of our business is the students and all the teachers of Pagatban High School. We will
be selling our product in Pagatban High School, school ground and also in outside of our campus.

C. Demand and Supply Analysis

Our competitors are the people who sell recycled materials. The major consumer of our product is
the students and teachers.

 Recycled Pillow (depends on the size) = php 60.00 minimum

To promote our business, we will be using flyers, leaflet and advertisement mainly on Facebook
page.

The selling price of our product will depends on the quality of our product that we made. We will
distribution our product is only at Pagatban High School campus.

CHAPTER III. PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL ASPECT

A. Product Quality Description

Our group will make a high quality of product from plastic bottles, CDs, empty can, etc.
Our product is recycled materials we will make some beautiful product from a trash.
Then our group they don't have a problem for making a product because from a trash.
That will collect from the surroundings to make them.

The color of each product are different such as Black, Green, Sky Blue, Red, etc. The size of our
have Big, Small, large and Medium.

B. Production Process
Our product will follow they procedure to maintain the good result of the product.
For making a product must be given value of what would you doing.
We will have a set of time to make our recycled materials to be creative and pretty.

C. Production Schedule
Our group have a set of time to produce a product. We will have a plan to finish that product. Our
group not focus in one or being an innovative.

Our business will be using these raw materials mainly: bond paper, glitter foam, glue,
spray paints, stick glue, glue gun, construction paper, glitters, scissors.
