Thru synthesizing and analysing the data gathered the proponents are able to force what the
program will look like and how will it function. The system architecture is composed of the following:
1. Sports Director
2. Sports Coordinator
4. Coaches
5. Athletes
The earlier mentioned will be facilitated and managed by the user and the administration. Each
of the above mentioned will be having a personal account where they can use to access the system.
Athletes are limited only to view the information. All the data and information will be inputted before
everyone can access the system.
Product Development
The proposed system is being developed for the use of CSA – Binan Sports Office. The project
will follow the waterfall model in developing the system. All necessary requirements are gathered in
order to cater its audience. The system aims to ease and synchronize the CSA-Binan sports
management.
Methodology Life Cycle
Requirement Analysis
All possible requirements of the system to be developed are captured in this phase
System Design
This phase mainly focuses on the interface of the system, in which it defines the
exposed interfaces, the communication between the interfaces, and the sequence of
processes. The requirement specifications from first phase are studied in this phase and
system design is prepared. System Design helps in specifying hardware and system
Implementation
With inputs from system design, the system is first developed in small programs
called units, which are integrated in the next phase. Each unit is developed and tested for
All the units developed in the implementation phase are integrated into a system
after testing of each unit. In this phase, you integrate all of the modules in the system and
test them as a single system for all of the use cases, making sure that the modules meet
the requirements.
Maintenance
There are some issues which come up in the client environment. To fix those
issues, patches are released. Also to enhance the product some better versions are
