FOREIGN CURRENCY CONTRACTUAL EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

This contract is agreed by and between:

onwards ("the seller") of the cryptographic digital currency called bitcoin; for a total amount of 200
bitcoins with R&E, if applicable.

buyer").

CLAUSES

FIRST: ("the Seller") accepts in full compliance the sale of 200 BTC at a market price taken from the
reference page www.blockchain.info with a discount of MINUS 3 % to ("the Buyer"), being the
total amount of the daily quoted price in the morning of the transaction date.

• TRANSACTION CONDITIONS:
Transaction mode: delivery to e-wallet post swift payment (swift priority)

rate of exchange: MORNING FIXING INTER-BANK EXCHANGE RATE.

BONUS: MINUS 3 %
Fee Transaction Mode:

SECOND: This Private Crypto-currency exchange with the lawful currency of USD, unless otherwise
agreed upon between parties, is between the two parties and shall be made in cognizance of the
agreed value of exchange on the procedure below described in the contract.

 Post agreed upon and countersigned contractual terms, the Buyer will transmit to the Seller’s
nominated settlement account the nominated funds necessary to complete the purchase of said
BTC. The Buyer of the Crypto-currency hereinafter BITCOINS shall provide a e-Wallet to the
Crypto-currency or BITCOIN Seller.

 The BITCOIN Seller shall remit the agreed quantity of Bitcoins agreed in acceptable tranche
to the Wallet provided by the Buyer

 This transaction is immediate crypto-coin versus cash payment or settlement. There shall be
no escrow direction in this transaction.

FOURTH: 100% of the Bitcoin will be credited to the wallet of this Agreement once the money has
been transferred to the account specified in APPENDIX "A" ANNEX 1.

FIFTH: after making the transfer, the provider of the crypto-coins will be sent immediately. if not, the
appropriate legal action will be taken.

SIXTH: If ("the Seller") or ("the Buyer") does not carry out the transfer assumed in this contract, it will
be enabled to carry out the corresponding legal actions, for damages and breach of contract to the
corresponding party.

ON THE MATTERS OF THE TRANSACTION CODE INDICATED HEREIN FOR THE EXCHANGE OF EURO
IN THE TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF 200 BTC.
