1. INTRODUCTION

A mind map is a graphical way to represent ideas and concepts. It is a visual thinking tool
that helps structuring information, helping you to analyse.

1.1 INTRODUCTION and IMPORANCEOF DESIGN THINKING

An approach to solving design problems by understanding user needs and developing

insights to solve those needs.

Design Thinking is a process, applicable to all walks of life, of creating new and innovating
ideas and solving problems: it is not limited to a specific industry or area of expertise.

A design thinking canvas has 8 components given below,

• Discover User

• Find Multiple problems

• Select key problem

• Find Multiple solution

• Select key solution

• Prototype

• Take user feedback

• Redesign the prototype

• Final solution

All above component are done by creating the canvas.

The design thinking is good approach for finding the final solution for the key problem.

1.4LOG BOOK AND ITS IMPORTANCE

Logbook is important in design thinking. The main purpose of introducing Logbook is to

create notes of the process carried out by us during the observations, creating canvases and many
more. Logbook is a record book which will record or store all the information about the new idea
or product which we had think while observing the domain.

Thus, logbook is important for creating notes and the flowcharts of the system which is
useful in developing the product.

2.2.1 Mind Mapping(Data analysis).
A Mind Map is a diagram used to visually organize information. A mind map is
hierarchical and shows relationship among pieces of the whole. It is often created around a single
concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank page, to which associated representations of
ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. Major ideas are connected directly to
the central concept, and other ideas branch out from td, synthesize, recall and generate new ideas
in a constructive way.

4. PHASE 3: CONCEPTUAL PLAN-LAYOUT

Nowadays housing societies are facing many problems and difficulties in maintaining the society.
They are doing it manually by themselves or by taking help of any outsource and also they have
to maintain registers for every purpose. Nowadays technology is playing an important role in our
day to day to day life ,we do every small thing with the help of technology . With the help of
technology various websites and application are introduced for various purpose of society
management.

There are several websites which are some societies are using .The users i.e. the society members
just have to visit the website and signupby providing a particular security password,by doing so
the database of the society is updated like adding members or deleting members. Now after login
user will be able to get notifications regarding to the society happenings. The users can pay their
maintenance bill online through different payments methods. The users may also get different
types of notifications regarding their society. Users can also submit complaints and also be able to
get different features like online mapping, circular notice, pricing management, suggestion
regarding society, meetings management andmany other features are present accordingly.

The users can also save their accounting details to make the payment procedures easy. Every
details of the users is secured. The users logout their account and again login whenever needed.

Society management system come up with the actual working of a society, by working “in the
cloud,” where housing society management providers can rapidly implement and operate
applications that are secure and not expensive, while enjoying lower maintenance and upgrade
costs throughout the relationship. Message and Email alerts for various happenings in the society
can be added to the system so that users do not miss the updates and happenings of the society.

Online billing system, Administration, working, online Notification, etc. are the key features of
our project. The software is flexible enough to be modified and implemented as per user
requirements. We have tried our best to make this system free and user–friendly website to Society
members. It is a timely and cost effective solution to your society management problems which
will make you money, save you money and make your job easier.
