Introduction: Secure 10% SC it's Non-systemic
insecticide with contact and stomach action. Acts on the
central and peripheral nervous system in very low doses.
It’s used to control cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, and
other insect pests in public health; and flies in animal
houses.

First aid:

Eye contact: If in eyes, hold eyes open and flood with water for at least 15 minutes and
seek medical advice.
Inhalation: If affected, remove from contaminated area to fresh air. If any signs or
symptoms occur or persist, seek medical advice

Storage & container disposal:

Keep away the reach of children, food and drinks. Keep in its original packages and in a dry and
fresh place. Keep away from fire and sparks. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Do not
allow to become wet of overheated in storage.
Container disposal: Triple rinse container and add rinsate to the spray tank. Burn if circumstan-
ces, especially wind direction permit, otherwise bury in landfill.

Handling precautions:
Use adequate safety/protective equipment. Handle product carefully and shower after manipu-
lation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not smoke. Storage areas should be kept well-
protected, clean, cool and well ventilated. Install exhaust-fans for storage area and formulation
plant ventilation. Avoid contamination of foodstuffs, animal feed, drinking water, fish hatcheries,
lakes, rivers and canals. Empty packaging and
reamanins of product should be disposed of in a responsible manner following all legal require-
ments.

Symptoms of intoxication
Use adequate safety/protective equipment. Handle product carefully and shower after manipu-
lation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not smoke. Storage areas should be kept well-

If ingestion: Do not induce vomiting , call a doctor immediately, gastric lavage.
If on skin, remove immediately contaminated clothing and flush skin with soap and water.
In eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If necessary Call a poison center or
a doctor for treatment advice.
Inhalation: move the patient to well-ventilated places – fresh air, artificial respiration is done if
necessary .

Antidote:
No specific antidote, Symptomatically treatment. In case of convulsions give the patient Diaze-
pam.
