INTRODUCTION
A one engineering design and construction is a civil engineering consultancy and
construction firm that was founded in 2018 by five civil engineers. The company is
dully registered with the Government of Nepal and provides civil, structural,
geotechnical and consultancy and construction services along with project
management. Our intention is to be involved in projects for private developers to
government departments from all over Nepal and India.
A one engineering design and construction is one of the fastest growing real estate
companies with experienced civil engineers, architects and highly skilled
professionals with the belief that there was a niche opportunity available for a strong
value-based company in the real estate market. A one view professional engineering
as a highly skilled and personalized service. The company had established faith in
covering all the complexities and intricacies of structural aspects, and resolving the
structural system into an optimized and cost efficient model.

Our team has extensive experience in the design and construction of infrastructure
like building, roadway, irrigation, water supply and sanitation system. In addition, the
team has skills in structural assessments, rehabilitation works, failure investigation
reports, and remedial works for existing infrastructure. Project management services
that are offered by the team include undertaking tasks such as coordination, budget
control, and time frame management. This assists the client by bringing our
engineering knowledge to the project enabling an uncomplicated solution. We are
committed to quality and sincere to service in the execution of our work. We offer a
seamless service whenever you need, wherever you need.
After a careful assessment of our Clients’ requirements, we provide expert services
across the entire lifecycle of a project. Starting from development of the brief and a
budget, services cover master/site planning, architectural and engineering design. This
is followed by procurement and cost management services and later services during
construction and commissioning phases.
